Fool’s Gold – Leave No Trace

Rice creative created the album artwork for Fool’s Gold’s latest release, ” Leave No Trace.” The brief from the band asked for something at night, neon colors, and possibly throw a tropical vibe in there. They wanted to continue having the cover being a full “Fool’s Gold’ and have it really bright, graphic and prominent. The idea we finally landed on was to have a real neon sign made of a new Fool’s Gold logotype. Living in Vietnam afforded 2 things. Inexpensive neon sign craftsmen, and a tropical setting. With a small crew, and photographer Neil Massey, Rice set off on a Journey around Saigon, and Mui Ne, Vietnam with 2 custom designed Fool’s Gold neon signs. they photographed them in weird situations.
